The Landings is the official race hotel and the main race Head Quarters, the swim start and the transition area will be on the hotel beach. As well as The Landings, there are a number of fantastic hotels in the area – all of high quality and a variety to suit all budgets, see below.
BESPOKE TRAVEL PACKAGES
Leading Caribbean specialist Sports Tours International can, if required, create a bespoke travel and hotel accommodation package exclusively for you and travelling friends. They will tailor a once in a life time package to suit your individual circumstances and budget. Within the package you will have entry into the triathlon (Sports Tours International will supply a PIN to enter the triathlon online) and a number of other events; a Beach Swim, Beach Run, Master Classes with Olympians and an Aquathlon (Swim/Run). Also included in the package price are a number of island receptions including a Pre-Race Reception Party, Post Event BBQ with Prize Giving on the beach and a spectacular Sunday Ocean Boat trip for all competitors. The package price also includes free bike carriage on the plane. Sports Tours International will talk you through the whole process.

There are several participating hotels within the event to suit all budgets and tastes, from budget beachfront to family to luxury/spa hotels. The following is a list of participating hotels, each offering a unique piece of added value for any race participants ranging from completion spa treatments to celebration dinners (ask your preferred hotel for more details). They can also arrange local transportation for you. Prices start from US$700 for 2 people sharing on a Room Only basis for 5 nights (plus 18% taxes). Single people are especially welcome as there will be numerous social activities planned.
We recommend that you arrive at least five days before the event to acclimatise to the heat and to take advantage of the numerous social activities and events in the lead up to the triathlon.
GETTING HERE
From the UK there are regular direct flights to St. Lucia from London Gatwick on British Airways or Virgin Atlantic. Virgin Atlantic customers can take their sports equipment for free.
From the US there are regular direct flights to St. Lucia from JFK on Jet Blue, from Miami on American Airlines, from Atlanta on Delta Airlines, from Philadelphia & Charlotte on US Airways.
From Canada, there are direct flights from Toronto & Montreal on Air Canada or West Jet.
